The munchkin and I decided to make a special treat for Father’s Day tomorrow to satisfy my hubby’s sweet tooth, so we made some delicious Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge!
This is literally the easiest recipe ever, and so delicious!
Pour 1 can frosting and 1 bag chocolate chips (300g) into a microwave safe bowl. Heat at 70% power for 2 minutes, and then stir until all the chocolate chips have melted. Then pour the mixture into a long flat container (ideally lined with parchment paper to remove the fudge easier…but we were all out!) and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours! VOILA!
The best part is you can adjust the recipe to suit your taste!
We warmed about 1/2 cup of peanut butter and poured it throughout to make it chocolate peanut butter fudge! You could also use mint chocolate chips instead and crumble candy canes over top for a Christmas treat!
